Pond Side Residence

A new house replaces an old poorly functioning house.With it comes a collection of new exterior amenities that create outdoor rooms. Here, as with most of our residential projects, we are creating a landscape, that when completed, appears to have been there for a long time.

What is achieved is a mix of hardscape elements and native plants that reflect the existing surrounds. Working as an effective owner-designer-contractor team, made this a successful project.
